Formatting/Relevancy checks and revisions
All submitted manuscripts received by CENet will be initial-checked for whether they are correctly formatted/prepared before the manuscripts sent to review to decide whether it is scientifically sound. Manuscripts that are inadequately prepared will be returned to the authors for revision and resubmission. No judgment on the significance or potential impact of the work will be made at the initial check stage. Reject decisions at this stage will be verified by the committee Chairs.
Peer-Review
All manuscripts submitted for consideration of acceptance are required to go through a thorough peer-review procedure. The final decision is made by committee Chairs (decisions made by Guest Chair for special session will be double checked and approved by the committee Chairs).
Minimum of one independent expert will be required to complete peer-review. A single-blind review is applied, where the identities of authors are acknowledged by reviewers. Peer review comments are confidential and will only be disclosed with the express agreement of the reviewer.
